This pouch is made to hold a can of MK4 or similar OC/Mace, or a Stinger, SureFire, Scorpion, or similar flashlight securely inside the vest. The velcro backing enables the wearer to secure the pouch in the best place inside the vest concealment pouch. Other items can be stored inside this pouch such as rolls of film, or whatever.
